Effective for all use of the Influence Lens platform.
Welcome to Influence Lens (“Influence Lens”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Influence Lens website, interactive grid, or related services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Influence Lens
Influence Lens is a digital platform consisting of 10,000 permanent spaces arranged on a 100×100 interactive grid. Users may claim spaces to display images, text, and optional links.
Influence Lens is intended for creative expression, branding, visibility, and digital identity. We do not guarantee traffic, engagement, visibility, commercial success, or financial value.
2. What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase one or more spaces on Influence Lens, you receive a license to display your content on the Platform, subject to these Terms.
You are not purchasing:
- Ownership of the Platform or grid
- Intellectual property rights relating to Influence Lens
- Guaranteed traffic, prominence, or engagement
Your claimed spaces remain visible for as long as the Platform remains operational, unless removed for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including:
- Images
- Text
- Descriptions
- Links
- External websites
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Illegal content
- Hate speech or abusive material
- Violent or threatening content
- Pornographic or explicit material
- Fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating content
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
- Malware, phishing, scams, or harmful links
Offensive or illegal content may be removed at our sole discretion.
5. Content Moderation & Removal
We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict content without notice or refund if we believe it violates these Terms, our Content Guidelines, or applicable laws.
Content may appear publicly before review. Moderation may occur before or after publication.
Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
Removal of content due to violations of these Terms or applicable laws will not qualify for a refund.
6. Image Uploads & Editing Tools
Image upload, preview, and cropping tools are provided for convenience only.
These tools are provided “as is,” and:
- We do not guarantee identical appearance across devices or browsers
- You are responsible for reviewing your content before confirming a purchase
- We are not responsible for visual differences caused by scaling, resolution, or display variations
7. Links & Third-Party Websites
Spaces may contain links to external websites or social media platforms.
Influence Lens:
- Does not control external websites
- Does not endorse third-party content
- Is not responsible for external services, content, products, or damages
You access external links at your own risk.
8. Transfers & Resale
Ownership rights relating to claimed spaces may be transferred privately between individuals.
Influence Lens does not currently mediate, verify, guarantee, or participate in private transfers or resale agreements between users.
We reserve the right to introduce additional transfer systems, verification procedures, or related policies in the future.
9. Payments & Refunds
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Unless required by law:
- All purchases are final
- No refunds will be issued after a space is successfully claimed
- Failed or incomplete payments do not result in ownership claims
Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in removal of content, suspension of accounts, or permanent restrictions.
10. Accounts & Platform Access
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove content
- Restrict access to features
- Modify or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
11. Availability & Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Permanent preservation of all functionality or features
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influence Lens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from use of the Platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
